In its current form our company began life in April 2016 with the specific aim of providing innovative solutions for businesses, not for profit organisations and individuals. About us
Crestmere is owned by Barrie Buels, Chartered Certified Accountant and Registered Auditor.
With more than 25 years’ experience in public practice, Barrie is able to provide guidance on a wide range of issues, including auditing, charity Independent Examination, corporate governance, tax efficient corporate structures, business planning and personal tax planning.
Barrie is supported by a team based at Intec, Parc Menai, Bangor. Our key functions are primarily cloud based, so you may also find us working remotely from home.
Limitations
Whilst we are located in North Wales, we are happy to consider linking up with any business or taxpayer with a UK base. This includes working with UK subsidiaries of international operations, though these engagements may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures or similar conditions.
We are not allowed to act on behalf of businesses based in the United States of America or Canada.
